Have you ever wondered what kind of life you lived before this one? Do you like to express yourself through the written word?
My brand new inspiration for a new class offering blends my MFA in Creative Writing with my shamanic skills to offer you a creative and insightful experience!
Do you feel a certain nostalgia for places, animals, or styles of dress? Do you have irrational fears around particular situations or certain kinds of people? These propensities might be “carry-overs” from a past life.
This class is for you if 1) you believe in past lives and have an interest in them, and 2) have a desire to create through the written word and possess a willingness to integrate lessons and wisdoms from your past life
WHAT THIS CLASS OFFERS: 4-week, once-a-week class of writing prompts and exercises, workshops, one-on-one feedback as well as group discussion that will steep our quills in the language of metaphor, image, poetry and prose in order to awaken, integrate and honor a specific past life.
HOW IT WORKS: Prior to our first class, I will use my shamanic journeying skills to journey to one of your past lives that needs review, honoring, and integration. I’ll walk you through what I see, feel, hear and any pertinent messages I receive. This will be a private one-on-one session with me either in person or remotely.
Next, we’ll create a way in which you can access this past life through guided meditation or automatic writing as well as devising a clear intention that you will have ready for the first class.
Over the next four weeks, we will work with your story, its energies, and most importantly, how its narrative can help to heal you in this life. We will write, explore, share, and offer ongoing feedback to each other.
In a way, the written piece of your past life serves as a talisman for you in this life; when we are able to truly honor and appreciate the circuit our soul has been on (in past lives), we can more deeply embody the gifts and calling we came to share in this life. We’ll also discuss ways in which you might make a piece of art that represents the energy of the past life you worked with in class
